We have two exciting part time positions currently open.

We are looking for part time Accounts Administrator. 

If you've worked with accounts before, have hands-on experience in Sage One and Shopify, and superb attention to details, send your CV to hello@arranstreeteast.ie. 

Accounts Administrator responsibilities include updating and analysing internal accounting databases and reports (Sage One and Shopify) and analysing transactions by products, vat rates, methods of payments; processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts. 

Ultimately, you will ensure we process all financial transactions accurately and on time and your responsibilities will also include: Debtors/Creditors control, Financial Statement reconciliations, Sales invoicing, identify and address discrepancies; report on the status of accounts payable and receivable; processing bank deposits.

Requirements
Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator
Hands-on experience with accounting software Sage One and Shopify
Proficiency in MS Office
Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
Ability to conduct research and analyse data
Super strong attention to detail
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organisational skills, experience meeting tight deadlines
Excellent teamwork skills, Excellent presentation skills

 

We are looking for part time Communication Assistant.

If you are excited to create brilliant and beautiful visuals with an understanding of how to implement these in a digital space (web, mobile, Instagram, Facebook) and traditional media (adverts, printed flyers, etc). If you are able to interpret business and marketing concepts and convert them into persuasive visual communications and you are aware of the design and craft industry and media landscape in Ireland and globally and our place within it and how we can grow; then get in touch and send your CV and cover letter telling us why you woudl like to join the team to hello@arranstreeteast.ie. 

You will be responsible for:

Designing and implementing marketing strategy to align with sales KPIs.

Creating and maintaining a content calendar that ties in with product availability, seasonal events, and has space for reactive events, and that maximises growth in both engagement, community, and sales.

Generating, editing, publishing and sharing engaging image, film, and written content across our social platforms: Facebook (incl. FB ads), Instagram (incl. IG ads), Instagram Stories, Twitter, MailChimp, and our website.

Creating content for print (flyers, posters, adverts)

Acting as brand guardian, maintaining and growing our position online as one of Ireland’s leading aesthetically driven, design-led craft studios, with community at its heart.

Managing the budget for social promotion and advertising.
Updating and reporting on KPIs weekly, analysing and reporting audience information and demographics, follower growth and content engagement, and how that has translated to sales.

Maintaining and improving the website with regularly updated product copy and product imagery.

Communicating with followers, responding to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.

Ensuring all content is of the highest quality, fits with the brand aesthetic and voice, while also balancing the demands of the brand.

Sending out regular press releases and liaise with and pitch ideas to journalists and stylists to maximise media coverage.

Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.

Requirements

Hands-on experience in content creation and content management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to deliver creative content at a very high standard (copy, image and video).
Experience of FB Analytics, Google Analytics, Adwords, SEO best practice.
Familiarity with web design.
Analytical, able to multitask, proactive.
Strong media relations skills.
Excellent short-form and long-form writing skills with the ability to adapt to the brand voice and tone.
Solid grammar, editing and proofreading capabilities.
Digital native with a solid understanding of how to drive conversation and engagement across social channels.
Ability to think strategically and conceptualize creatively.
A strong visual aesthetic.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to produce photography to a high standard.
Used to managing budgets.
Experience in ecommerce (particularly Shopify) and in digital merchandising and on-site curation.

Proficiency in Adobe In-design and Photoshop will be an advantage
