Hallowe'en Family Pottery Workshop

Join us for a fun family pottery workshop this Halloween mid term break! Spend some time together with your kids in a creative and fun way.

This one hour pottery workshop is for parent/guardian and up to 2 kids from 8 years old. You will work together with clay using handbuilding techniques guided by our expert potter with the aim to create a small Halloween themed object.

At the end of the workshop you will be able to take clay home with you and continue to be creative at home. We will not fire your pieces.

1 ticket = 1 adult + up to 2 kids

Location: Arran Street East, 1 Little Green Street, Dublin 7

COVID19 Protocols

Please read about changes and measures we have introduced in response to Covid19. Please get in touch if you have any questions.

Who is this course for?

This pottery class will suit families of one adult and up to two children aged 8+.

What should I wear/bring?

Wear comfortable clothes that you do not mind getting messy. Please bring your own apron.

Should I wear a mask?

As per HSE and the government's regulations adults and children 13 + will be required to wear a mask during the workshop.

What's the day like?

You will be welcomed by your teacher and brought to our top floor classroom (no lifts available). Each participant will have access to clay and tools for the duration of the workshop. Workshop ends with class and equipment clean up - an important part of potter's training!

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

The nearest Luas Red Line stop is 'Four Courts', and many bus routes service Stop 1479 on Ormond Quay, at the junction with Capel Street. You'll also find a Dublin Bikes stand at each of these locations. Due to our City Centre location, on-street parking in the area is limited, but there are large car parks nearby at Jervis Shopping Centre and beside the Fruit and Vegetable Markets.

Where can I contact you with any questions?

You can email us at hello@arranstreeteast.ie.

What is the cancellation policy?
