Arran Street East Presents Slow Cooking with Aoife McElwain

Feeding ourselves with good, simple food can help us gain the energy we need to strike a balance in a demanding and always-on world. But, when we're so rushed off our feet, how can we tap into a rhythm of life that allows us the time to cook for ourselves?

Join Arran Street East collaborator Aoife McElwain, host of Sing Along Social and author of Slow At Work: How To Work Less, Achieve More and Regain Balance in an Always-On World for an intimate Saturday morning workshop where she shares her go-to recipes that energise without fuss.

The workshop will begin at 10am and finish at 2pm. Light breakfast and lunch are included, and you'll get Aoife's Slow At Work book and an Arran Street East bowl to take with you and enjoy at home.
