Care & Returns
Your Arran Street East stoneware can, with care, be used in microwaves and dishwashers. When stacking in the dishwasher please take care to avoid over-stacking, which may place pressure on delicate areas like handles, and use a light dishwasher cycle.
Sudden changes in temperature, like moving from the freezer or fridge to the oven or microwave, are likely to cause thermal shock, which will damage your stoneware. Always place very hot items onto either wood or cloth.
Our return policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we aren't able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items bought on sale are not eligible for a refund.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery

If the item was a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return. If you're returning an online order, once we receive the returned item, a gift card will be emailed to you.
Returning online orders
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received it, and we've told you that you will, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, and/or your bank to check whether there is a payment pending.
